Snow, and wind, force of nature captured through my lens - one of my pictures from the Jonas Blizzard series in New York City has been added to the collective exhibition. This addition serves to illustrate how the raw power of nature impacts our urban habitat, enriching the narrative of the Gasometer exhibition.

Fire, wind, and water - these elemental forces serve as a mesmerizing prelude to the innovative Gasometer exhibition. Visitors are immersed in the profound effects of these natural phenomena on our planet's climate history. Guided by the theme "One Earth - Many Worlds," guests embark on a journey to explore the diverse biodiversity of our planet within the gas pressure disc.

The exhibition at Gasometer delves deeper into humanity's ecological impact. Reflecting on the words of Greek philosopher Heraclitus, "Insofar as we intervene in nature, we must pay strict attention to restoring its balance," dating back to around 550-480 BC. Despite such warnings, human intervention in Earth's ecosystem has led to dramatic consequences.

Jeanette Schmitz, Managing Director of Gasometer GmbH, emphasizes that the exhibition aims to showcase Earth's beauty deserving of protection while shedding light on threats endangering our paradise. The presentation not only highlights existing abuses but also presents promising solutions that serve as beacons of progress for a sustainable future.
